AI for Swiss medical clinics and private practices
Clinical practice runs on patient contact, records, and professional secrecy. We build AI systems that absorb the administrative load around the appointment, without patient data leaving Switzerland and without touching clinical judgment.
Three workflows worth automating first
Multilingual patient booking and reminders
Patients book, reschedule, and confirm appointments in Italian, German, French, or English, on the channel they already use (WhatsApp, web, phone). The clinic sees a clean calendar; missed appointments and reminder calls drop sharply.
Referral letters and report drafting
The system prepares first drafts of referral letters, discharge summaries, and reports to insurers, using the structured record and the practitioner's templates. The clinician reviews, edits, and signs. What used to take twenty minutes takes three.
Private search across protocols and guidelines
A private assistant trained on your internal protocols, care pathways, and clinical guidelines, with citations back to the source. Staff find the correct procedure without paging a colleague between patients.
Patient confidentiality and compliance by design
Every system is built around medical secrecy: data residency in Switzerland or the EU, on-premise option, role-based access by clinical function, full audit trail. Compliance with nFADP, cantonal health law, and GDPR is engineered in from the start.
What we do not do
We do not send patient information to public AI tools. We do not build systems that make clinical decisions or replace the practitioner's judgment. We do not resell generic medical software under another label. We build specific, auditable automations that support the clinical team, nothing more.
How an engagement runs
It starts with a fixed-price discovery: we analyse one workflow at the clinic, the volumes, and the systems already in use, and deliver a written assessment with a go or no-go recommendation. Then a focused MVP in 6 to 8 weeks, structured validation with the clinical team, and production rollout with ongoing support.
Frequently asked questions
Does patient data stay in Switzerland?
Yes. Systems run on Swiss or EU infrastructure, or on your own servers. For clinics with strict requirements, on-premise deployment is available: patient data never leaves your network, and no third party has access.
Does it work with our practice management software?
We integrate with what the clinic already runs: Vitodata, Elexis, Achilles, MediWin, Microsoft 365, and calendar systems on request. Integration is part of the project scope, not an add-on.
Will the assistant make clinical decisions?
No. It handles administrative tasks and drafts documents from structured records; every output is reviewed and signed by the clinician. Diagnosis, treatment, and any clinical decision remain the exclusive responsibility of the practitioner.
How long until the first result?
Discovery closes in one to two weeks. A first system typically reaches production in 6 to 8 weeks from the start.
Do patients need to install anything?
No. Booking and reminders run on the channels patients already use, most often WhatsApp or a link sent by SMS. No app to download, no account to create.
